The silicone has a nice smooth matte finish that holds lube way better than the glossy stuff I've tried. The graduated sizing is genuinely beginner-friendly, and the smallest bead is small enough that I didn't feel like I was jumping in the deep end on day one.
Nine beads means you can actually work your way up instead of guessing which size to buy, which is exactly what I needed starting out. The silicone has just enough give that insertion never feels sharp, and cleanup took maybe two minutes.
